Casa Vicens

Hacia días que la había visto por primera vez, y propusimos al grupo que ya que estábamos dibujando por Gracia podríamos ir a dibujarla. Desde la calle, con sus ceras estrechas todos dudábamos por donde empezar a dibujar, alguien empujo una puerta, y aparecimos en medio del jardín.
Una mujer apareció para indicarnos que era una casa privada aunque fuera de Gaudi, pero que si queríamos dibujar nos dejaba estar por el jardín, y que si en alguna otra ocasión queríamos volver, solo tendríamos que empujar de nuevo la puerta.
Toda una anfitriona y todo un privilegio.
Esta fue la primera casa que realizo Gaudi una vez conseguido el titulo de arquitecto, es la construcción mas diferente ya que solo predomina la linea recta, sin rastro de las curvas de su característica arquitectura.

A woman appeared to indicate that it was a private home while away from Gaudi, but if we wanted to draw let us be in the garden, and that if we wanted to return some other time, should only have to push back the door.

This was the first house that Gaudi performed once won the title of architect, is building more different as only the straight line predominates, with no trace of the curves of their characteristic architecture.
